  • Donations are generally non-refundable once processed. However, if a donation was made in error or under duress, Humanity First may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the transaction.

3. Volunteer Engagement

3.1 Volunteer Registration

  • Volunteers are required to fill out a registration form to participate in any program or event organized by Humanity First. The form will collect necessary personal details, background information, and preferred volunteer roles.

3.2 Volunteer Roles and Responsibilities

  • Volunteers will be briefed on tasks, locations, and other essential information before they are deployed to any humanitarian efforts.

3.3 Volunteer Conduct

  • Volunteers must refrain from behavior that could harm the reputation of Humanity First, including discriminatory practices, unethical conduct, or failure to follow safety and operational guidelines.
  • Any violation of volunteer conduct may result in dismissal from the volunteer program.

4. Exceptions to Orders

4.1 Exemption for Donors

  • In exceptional cases, donors may be exempted from some clauses in the donation order, such as acknowledgement requests, based on personal or privacy concerns.
  • Requests for anonymity or confidentiality regarding donations will be honored by Humanity First, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

4.2 Emergency Fund Allocation

  • In the event of urgent humanitarian crises (such as natural disasters or conflicts), Humanity First may reallocate donations to meet immediate needs. Donors will be informed, where possible, of such reallocations.

4.3 Exceptions for Volunteers
